G8M8 is a self- latching, solar-powered, automatic gate operator which can open and close a 5.4 metre (up to 18 feet) standard farm gate 200 times without running the battery flat.
Relatively simple to install, the G8M8 could/will save farmers, graziers, and small landholders hundreds of hours every year.

At the press of a button on a remote control the gate opens, pauses, then closes and automatically latches. It has no swinging arms, no exposed pistons and no pinch points. The gate opener is very compact and robust with the complete mechanism housed in a steel box with a small solar panel bonded on top.
The gate can be opened manually by lifting the latch and pushing and it will automatically close and latch when released.
If the closing gate hits an obstacle it stops. If the obstacle is removed the gate automatically closes and latches.
The package includes 3 remote controls. Each remote control can operate any of the G8M8 powered gates on the farm.
G8M8 improves farm efficiency and makes moving around the farm easier in all weather conditions.
